SOUND FOOTINGS Industries Ltd. warrants that all products it manufactures, or which bear the SOUND FOOTINGS name, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, service and proper operation at the date of shipment to the purchaser. 

The Purchaser’s sole remedy under this warranty shall be limited to replacement of product, repair by SOUND FOOTINGS Industries, or a refund of the amounts paid to SOUND FOOTINGS Industries Ltd. by the purchaser for such products, at SOUND FOOTINGS Industries’ option.

Restrictions
No warranty of any kind shall exist with respect to any products (or parts thereof):

1. Which have been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, or which have been tampered with, repaired, replaced or altered by anyone other than SOUND FOOTINGS Industries;
2. Where there has been a substitution of parts not manufactured or authorized by SOUND FOOTINGS Industries, or
3. Where the products have been subjected to conditions which vary materially from the conditions which such products are normally subjected to under existing industry practice or according to the SOUND FOOTINGS Installation Manual.

SOUND FOOTINGS Industries Ltd. makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied other than as herein expressly provided, and specifically disclaims all other warranties including the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose. SOUND FOOTINGS Industries disclaims any obligation or liability for loss of time, cost or expense (including without limitation, labor expense), inconvenience, commercial loss or any other direct, indirect consequential, special or incidental damages.

Claim Procedures
Notify SOUND FOOTINGS Industries Ltd. in writing, no later than 10 days from date of discovery of defect.
